Dr. Vivian Smith-Del Toro

Dr. Vivian Smith-Del Toro is an accomplished academic and business leader with degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Phoenix, including a Doctorate. She is Senior Vice President of Business Development & Mortgage Lending at National Home Mortgage, co-owns American Financial Real Estate, LLC, and founded Global Executive Business Consultants (GEBC). Dr. Vivian leads the “C-Suite Paradigm” research project, aiming for gender parity in Fortune 500 C-suites by 2030. She has over 120 organizations in her career, holds board positions in several nonprofits, and is a lifetime member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.
